First Hunt

Chase decided to try for some birds instead of deer yesterday evening. This was our first ever try at waterfowlin'. We did a mixed spread of a dozen mallard decoys and a couple geese down at our pond. Had a huge flock of 75+ geese go by out of range just before sunset but couldn't get them to turn. Now we have another excuse to be out in the field!
