Me and 2 buddies from Delta Waterfowl hit the water and had about 20 geese come in and knocked down 7 and 3 were banded. Great start to a new season. Sorry no pictures... the camera was still on the dinning room table.

Glad to hear someone is having a good start. In my parts we are having a lot of trouble finding any birds at all. Have seen 1 flock of 5 since the 1st and opening day of dove was horrible this year compared to last. These past couple of cold mornings have really messed up my hunting areas!

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
