Here is a couple pictures of some shish kabobs I grilled up last weekend. All I do to make it is cube up a couple nice sirloin steaks and marinate them in italian dressing overnight. Then the day I'm gonna grill them, I just skewer the meat with a few onions in between, skewer up the vegetables, and throw some cherry tomatoes in the cages. Then just grill to your desired doneness and periodically marniate with extra italian dressing. I usually put the meat on about 10 minutes before the vegetables. This recipie is a great way to use up extra vegetables from the garden (which is where I got all the veggies but the onions). and wow , this is my 1000th post. seems like I just joined the Braggin' Board! lol
