My wife informed me last night that I would be on my own for lunch today as she and the boys would be gone  So I picked up a porterhouse and grilled some taters and onions in olive oil with cajun seasoning and called it a meal. This baby weighed 1.34 pounds before cooking  I even through something in their especially for Troy   |

NOW THAT'S A STEAK!!!!! Let me know if you need any help with that; I'm right down the road.... We're having steak this evening too, sirloins though, no MAN SIZED porterhouses. |

that is definitely a great looking steak. Brickyard was a pretty good race too.

I hope yours was as good as mine Troy. I managed to get through it by myself but with the benefit of retrospect, a little help wouldn't have been a bad idea. My heart got taken out by the Columbian but I find it hard to root against the best lookin' car in the field with Jamie Mac at the wheel.

LOL!! Jonboy, YOURS looks like a single redneck country boy cooked his own meal(DEFFINATELY NOT a BAD THING) , and Troy, YOURS looks like mama has you on one of Dr. Phil's Diets, with the salad, and the BAKED(NOT FRIED) tater. (NOT A BAD THING EITHER.) POINT- TROYS:HEALTHY JONBOYS:TASTY!!  |

Just another night at work for me and Monty will be back here again bright and early.
