Well guys, I had a big one on today. 
Chase and me went over to the Greene-Sullivan State Forest Dugger Unit this morning and fished Bass Lake for some toothy critters. 
Chase was trolling us over to our first spot and I dropped a Shumway Hot Head spinner bait over the side, I was reaching for the sunscreen and BAM-BAM! My rod was almost jerked out of my hand! It felt like a BIG fish, but was only on for a second. A couple hours later, still using the spinner, I was reeling in and felt a tug. The lake is crystal clear and as I watched, a big one came in and made a circle around the lure but didn't eat it. We were getting hungry around noon and decided to troll a little before leaving, as soon as Chase got us up to speed it was BAM again! I'll let the video tell the rest. 
Not much left of my curly tail after being in those teeth! The first jump this fish made before we got the camera on was unbelievable. He came entirely out of the water!
It was still a super thrill, even though we didn't get 'em in the boat.

Bought a Beckman Magnum Muskie net on ebay last night. Now I need to work on that "bigger boat!" 
Just another night at work for me and Monty will be back here again bright and early.
