Parke County hunter scores big time! The story from the hunter:

After hearing a story of this double drop buck my buddy missed i decided to lease the property with him... I didn't know whether to believe him or not but i think i put my foot in my mouth.. I put my stand on this ridge the day i put the camera out and the next morning i hunted i had probably a 170's to 180's buck just 30 yards away in brush but would never come out.. so it is just a matter of time...

11-07-08 Well let me start off saying i must be the luckiest man ever!! Lastnight we had a storm front come through and i had a feeling that this morning was going to be a good one.. Right after daylight i had deer everywhere chasing and being chased.. After watching a lot of young bucks for awhile an approx. 150's class eight pointer came through grunting and snort wheezing his head off.. I debated and debated and finally decided i was going to take him when he came back around and about that time a heard a twig snap to my right.. When i looked i was in amazement and realized that it was the double drop i had on camera and the camera did no justice.. This monster walked within 15 yards and i let the rage broadhead, he ran 60 yards and expired.. I can't explain how i felt when i walked up and held this rack in my hands.. He has 21 scorable points and has a 23 inch inside spread.

Hey, that was in Parke County, closer to you than me!

Ya it is,Have you got any thing yet? Im heading back today to my deer camp for the last 2 days and hunting hard.
