Thanks, Crappielady! I have made them a couple of times since I made this post, my kids go nuts for them! It has turned out to be a nice spur-of-the-moment recipe (and very simple).

Also, it's nice to see you making a post on here again. Now, that you're back in Indiana you don't get the luxury of showing pic's of all those fine crappie anymore. I guess I'll have to wait until next winter to see more awesome crappie pics
