Wanted to thank AlgaeKilla, Graham, Icedogg, Jigmup, SkinnyBenny, & HH as they joined us aboard the Erie Quest for another great morning of Lake Erie walleye fishing. We had initially planned on targeting the the humps and rock piles of the Maumee Bay, but with a stiff East wind at 10-20 mph....we bumped it East and fished the area between Crane Creek and Turtle Creek. It wouldn't take long to hear the words "Fish On" as we jigged our purple hair and chartruse fleck jigs in 13-17 f.ow. We boated many walleye in the 17-27 inch range, with the average 22-23 inches. Waves were 3-5 feet and our Drift Sock got a work out, to help slow the boat and maximize our vertical presentation. Thanks again AlgaeKilla & Graham! Looking forward to seeing High Tide, Superseal, FISHAHOLIC-19, Fergie, and others...this coming weekend. Tight lines!
