Do you have a smoker ? How did you dress the bird?

Do a web search for "turkey brine recipe". Brining is the secret to cooking the perfect bird. Find one that sounds interesting to you and soak it in the chilled brine in cooler, or refrigerator if you have room, for 24-48 hrs. If you have an injection needle pump the brine into the meat prior to smoking. Place in a smoker and smoke at 200 - 225 degrees. Enjoy! If you do this, please post pics on here so other guys can see the process.

All we do is cut the breast up into about half the size of the chicken nuggets you get at McDonald's, and then deep fry them.
