I like them in butter too, personally i preferr to be able to FEEL my arteries colggin WHILE I'm eatin them, but alot of people around here fry them in canola oil which you guys should have out there. still taste great. my recipe is bout the same as yours, except i dip them in an egg wash before i roll themn flour.

They're good dipped in egg too, but I like just tasting the mushroom.
