i've shot my buddies 82nd airborne. it was a sweet bow but in my opinion u'd be better off with just a matthews switchback or something along those lines.

In MY opinion, Darton is unbeatable. Any of the pro series or the AS series bows are amazing shooters. Of course I shoot a Darton, so you wont hear too much bad bout them from me. If you want something affordable, dependable, accurate, fast, and light, go for a darton. If you want to buy a name or an "expensive fun to look at-affraid to get dirty bow" buy a martin or a matthews.

Thanks for the help, as for the affordable part... il prolly get one used for half the price, i am not the kind of person who buys a bow just fot the name, i am lookin at the gaurdian and 82nd airborne from BOWTECH, the BEAR Truth 2, the PSE Bow maddness, and the martin firecat oh... i like ur take on mathewes

Good point Chase, i mean my bow dosent top the charts at 360 feet per second but it shoots close to 300 and does a heck of a job. Ill stick with my Hoyt that isnt 1000 dollars, and for those of you with a fancy 1000 dollar bow ill put money on me out shooting you any day
