This is my own secret recipe that I created while munching on a bag of Andy Capp's Hot Fries (secret ingredient). I've never let anyone know this recipe and I can't believe I'm letting the cat out of the box.
You will need: 1/4 - 1/2 cup of milk flour seasoned with salt and pepper (I use cayenne) 2 eggs, beaten 1 bag of Andy Capps Hot Fries, crushed fine or run through a food processor. Frying oil
Soak fillets in milk then coat with flour, then dip in eggs and then coat with hot fries. Fry in skillet or deep fry. I've eaten them both ways and love 'em both. Do not skip the flour part as that is what holds the egg mixture on. Enjoy

those hot fries have got to be one of the most addicting snack foods. always seems like I eat the whole bag in one sitting. lol I bet it would be a great coating on fish.
