I recently purchased a Flextone Buck Collector Bone Collector edition. It can make all deer vocalizations and is very easy to use. I have used it on all of my hunts this season and killed 3 deer using it. Anyone else have any input on it? I think I would recommend it to someone.

I shoot at one of these occassionally, but I know the target I use receives heavy, heavy use. We are very satisfied with it. Its portability, durability, and ease of use.

All I shoot is a .308, it is very managable and Im not that big, less than 155 pounds and 6' tall. I shoot a bolt gun and find it very easy to fire follow up shots, in fact I shot a spike this year and right after he dropped I saw his doe bolt from behind a tree, reloaded and shot her too! all in like 4 seconds. So, in my opinion, the .308 isnt that bad at all, and it performs great.

Hey guys, I love surf fishing for big sharks and Im currently looking for a big conventional reel, and maybe even a stand up rod for it. Im looking for a reel, preferably a Penn Senator, that can hold at least a mile of 80# braid. Any offers? Links? Thanks.

I hunt in Virginia and I LOVE squirrel hunting. I think they are a seriously underestimated and over looked source of fun and food. (delicious, by the way). So far this year I have bagged around 10 squirrels over about 4 total days. (daily combined bag limit is 6). On 2 days I killed 3 with a combination of 870 20 gauge #6, and a .22. I also hosted a German exchange student and he had the opportunity to harvest a squirrel! It was great. Im gonna keep bustin em!

Sadly I only got to hunt opening day and labor day this year, I plan to hunt doves hard in the 3rd and final season in december (Christmas is day numero uno). On opening day I went to some family land with some family. I myself shot about 2.5 boxes of 20 gauge through my 870 and downed 10 found 8. My uncle limited out with 15 with about the same number of shells. Then, on labor day, I hunted the same land but about 200 yards from where I was on opening day and downed 9, found 8, with about half as many shots as opening day. So, for my first 2 dove hunts, I was pleased.

Hey guys, I began hunting whitetail this season early in the archery season. Bout 2 weeks in I missed a nice 6 at about 40 yards and didnt see anything else all archery or black powder (I hunt with a bow through black powder). On opening day of regular firearms I killed a nice big bodied 8 and shot a button for a doe. Then, 2 weeks of nothing. On Thanksgiving day I deer/turkey hunted all morning/afternoon and didnt see anything. Then, I slipped behind the house at around 4 pm to hunt until dinner. After about 45 minutes of estrus scent (tink's scent bomb) and some bleat/grunt combos, a half spike (unicorn) and his doe came in, I dropped him. That was #3. Then ,yesterday (Nov, 26) I was at a club with my uncle. Since I am a nonmember I cannot kill antlered bucks. So of course, I saw an absolute MONSTER buck, he was at least a huge 10. A little while later I saw a big six or a small 8. Even a little later I saw a bucks hund quarters as some dogs ran him under me about 100 yards away. Then, as my uncle was coming to get me, he jumped a doe, which ran about 15 yards from me, from my left to my right, so I shot her in the head. That brings my season total to 4 deer. Averaging one a week for November. I killed all of them with my Weatherby Vanguard in .308 Win. And thats been my deer season in Virginia so far.
