How else would you do it? Sorry, one of the posts said morning, I've found some in the mornings after a big rain, or ive heard you can hose down a yard and do it. Thought that's what you guys were talking about. The most i ever found was when we had a new well put in, and i don't remember exactly what happened because i was little, but i guess they drained it. anyway, there were hundreds of them just crawlin to the surface. Sorry that was me,lol. I did not clarify myself, we found them in the morning after a rain, but what I failed to mention was they were all on the road in front of our house,my bad, yes agree at night is typically best.

Sweet, free is my favorite price, lol. The kids and I had a nitecrawler pick up party on Saturday morning, we found about 30. What is the best way to keep them alive for a while?

Very nice find Greene. That Grey is beautiful, lol. It seems interesting how almost every Black shroom I have ever seen has that unique " Witch hat" shape to them, pretty cool.

Any finds as of late fellas. I went for a woods walk this past Monday, and it is actually really really dry around here. May Apples were about 2" tall, so we got a little while yet but it was a great day to be in the woods non the less. best of luck fellas.

Chase that is so cool, I have not seen it before. I only hope that Chicago One day gets to have that celebration. I always have said WHEN the CUBS do win the series that the city of Chicago will be calling in Police and National Guard from as far away as Montana to control the rowdy fans, lol. Thanks for sharing it.
