Wow! That's cold. We'd be happy with it, though. Our HIGH for tomorrow is 5! We already have a 2hr delay because of the cold. Does Sam's school have a delay?Afraid so!!!

Thanks for posting this recipe. I had forgotten about it. I fixed it for supper tonight, and it was DELICIOUS!!!
Here's my favorite deer steak recipe. Starts out like the one above, flour the steaks and brown in a skillet. But then transfer them to a shallow baking pan in a single layer. Smother them (and I mean smother them) with onions and pour a can of beer (Milwaukee's Best Light at my house, of course) over the top of it all. Salt and pepper to taste. Seal the pan with aluminum foil and throw in the oven at 350 deg. for 2-3 hours. When most of the liquid has cooked off, it's done. Steaks come out tender and delicious. Give it a try. I think you'll like it.
I'm always looking to try new deer recipes, so if anyone out there has a good one, post it on here.

We should both be able to tag out this year. Turkeys every year. Maybe even get monty on a bird. Sounds good to me!

Some pretty cool footage you fellars got. Hope there's enough useable footage there to put together a little video. Flyin' honkers are hard to follow on that tiny screen! Had a blast doin' it, though. Think I could get into that. Thanks again, Randy! Monty

I'd like to try and get out a time or two this weekend if the "honey do" list isn't too long.
