I've been a Ford man forever. It started out because my brother-in-law worked for Ford and we got the A Plan. But after 20 years of Ford trucks I'm hooked. I've had the Lariat and the King Ranch. The Lariat is a great package. It has everything a fisherman can ask for. Comfortable seats, smooth ride, tow package, lots of room, and 4x4. I think you would be very happy with it. And the most important thing is it matches the boat.

Well we got back in town yesterday after a week of waterfowl hunting. We started off in the Northern part of Indiana and stayed there the entire week. We battled some crazy weather with 50-60 mph winds, snow, ice, and 20 below windchills. We thought the birds would be pushing down from the cold fronts but the large groups never showed up. I was hunting with a couple of guys from Central Indiana Delta Waterfowl and Kevin (uglyducking). We also had a few of Kevins friends with us on a couple of hunts. We took down a few dozen birds and I was also able to take a Bufflehead that I'm getting mounted by Shane Smith. Its always fun to spend time with great friends. Also Kevin had us over for dinner, we had deer hindquarters and straps smoked. The only thing I could say was WOW . Thats Kevin!!!

Heading out in the AM for 6 days of duck and goose hunting. We've packed everything from boats to layout blinds. The ducks won't come to us so we're going to them. Starting on Lake Michigan for divers and staying with the birds all week. If they head South we'll be on their tail feathers. I may be eating wings with Troy by the end of the week. The weather is looking very ducky for divers 22 mph winds, temps in the high 20's and 1 foot of snow expected by Friday. If nothing else I won't be working. Great times with good friends.

It sucked, I should have came down by you like I started to do. We did a public hunt at Stillwater Marsh in Bloomington and got 17th. pick out of 22 blinds. The birds didn't want to work our area. We only had 1 male Gadwall and it was one of 2 birds that came into the spread. After you get done with deer season lets try a hunt in your area. We need to get Chase on some ducks.
