Great job Dan!
On time while canoeing on the Driftwood River I had to rescue a duck that had the treble hooks of a crankbait and several feet of fishing line stuck through its bill and webbed foot. It was bobbing up and down in the water, nearly drowned, trying to get its head up out of the water to breath. I canoed over to it, scooped it up, and freed the the duck with my Leatherman pliers. I laid it up on a sand bar to get it's strength back for a while before it waddled off. It seemed to be in pretty good shape. I'm sure the lure was lost by accident when it became snagged on something and the duck thought it was an easy meal. Unfortunately, I had to junk the lure after cutting the barbs off to free the duck.

That's another reason its getting harder to get permission to private ponds and lakes. Good video Dan.
