I've been revamping the entire BB&B website for the past month or so when ever I have any free time. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed and definitely no computer guru, so when it comes to writing code for a website, it's gonna take me some time. Check it out when you get a chance and let me know of any likes/dislikes. I just figure this stuff out as I go, so you're not gonna hurt my feelings if there's something you don't like. If any of you have the site bookmarked as bellbucknbeards.com/index.html, you'll have to update it. It's now index.php,; if you have it as just bellbucksnbeards.com you're good. Not sure if there's any other geeks on here, but what I've done is take it from a basic html site to a css or php site. What this will do is make it MUCH easier to update the site with fresh material. Although I've got a lot of hours invested in getting it setup, it will pay off when it comes to keeping it updated. Check it out at www.bellbucksnbeards.com and let me know what you all think! btw-If you've ever visited Camo Fish's site before, you'll notice some similarities. I've always liked their setup and borrowed the basic layout from their site.

REALLY LIKE IT TROY!! I think it is quite a step up from the original site. I especially like the way you have it set up for easier access to diffrent sections of the site. seems like just one click. I also like the Family photo Montage in the Header. GOOD JOB BUD!

Looks good Troy, I have messed with CSS for the past couple years, however I have never messed with php. You did a great job. They are a lot easier to work on once you get use to em. I have started working on the Outdoor-z.com website and it is all table structure, java, and a little css(the old way) it is a pain in the but after being use to the new way.

The new site looks great Troy. I gotta admit, I don't go on it very often cuz I'm usually on the Braggin Board, but I'll be getting on more often now that updates are easier to do. Keep up the great work.

When were some of the older hunting pics in the photos section of the homepage taken, those are some nice bucks! I don't know if it was the same down south, but around here, until about 10 years ago, a little 4 point buck was a monster.

thanks guys! I can tell the new site is working better, because those pics have been on the old site for over a year and no one mentioned them. I guess stuff was just too hard to find. hunterguy - Monty and our Dad have killed some nice bucks through out the years around here. Of course, in Monty's case it was all luck.

I like it,but is there anything that I will have to do different to get onto this site or the new site. The reason I'm asking is because I have this web site saved as one of my bookmarks on my computer. Will it still be able to load up to the new web site or do I have to make changes to my bookmarks. I'm just asking because I don't know, not trying to be rude. Thanks

You should be ok jawbusters. The url's for the site will remain the same; bellbucksnbeards.com or bellbucksandbeards.com, and nothing has changed here on the Braggin Board. A couple people have contacted me about having trouble with links and it's appreciated. If I don't know it's broke I can't fix it.
