My wife's sister had to take her husband to the airport so we were watching our neice. When she came to pick her up this evening I had to put her on my shoulders and carry her to the road to meet her mom because of the water. I had on 18" lacrosse rubber boots and had water running in them. This is after the water had started to drop (probably 6 inches or so). Our house is on a hill so no problems there but our driveway is about 800 feet and I had to carry her about half the way.

Those floods have been terrible. This seems like one of the worst years for flooding in a while. Hope everyone stays dry!

This weather pattern we're in is NUTS! You want to do something outside you better do it in the morning. HOT - STORM, HOT - STORM, it's starting to feel like the movie Groundhog Day.

Yeah, you're right. You can't plan on doing anything lately, storms in the forecast everyday. Great movie by the way.

I'm sick of this weather! It's too hot during the day to do anything.
