Jordan and I went to the river and caught a nice variety of fish, however nothing of very spectacular size, before the storm clouds and lightning chased us away. Sure was hot and humid out there while the sun was still out! The only fish caught on a carp pole wasn't a carp...it was this sucker: Jordan caught several nice bluegills like this one: I caught this drum on a twister-tail jig: Mini-flathead caught on a cut bluegill: Spotted bass that nailed a small crakbait:

we haven't had any really hot days up in Ohio yet this year. Its barely been hitting 80 so far. Nothing higher than 88 in the forecast either. I'm not complaining though.
