I checked that site and those are some real pricy lures. I guess they are handcrafted so that helps the price part up but they are really high quality. You probably could use 1 of those lures for years.

You probably could use 1 of those lures for years. Actually Dons prices are reasonable as far as custom musky baits go. I have a few trolling baits that I paid over $50ea. The reason I use Dons baits is because they catch fish..You can go out and buy 10 baits at $5 ea that wont catch fish or one of Dons baits for $25 that will..I have about 50 of Dons baits but I tested a lot for him and he has also gave me some..He has one of the best paint jobs on the market as well as a real hard finish, that you need when musky fishing. Google Wishmaster Musky Baits..they sell for $200 and up.. Of course..I have some baits that I purchased in a bargain bin at BPS that I got for $6 ea. They cast as well as troll great....oh and they work.. R
