I've never set up a cam on a gut pile before. It took critters less than 2 days to completely remove the gut pile from the buck I killed. We have a designated spot for field dressing all deer killed on the property. Might have to set up a cam on one if we take anymore this year. Waiting for the doe only firearm to start now. I'm back to work and probably won't muzzleload. Christmas shutdown for us is from the 24th through the 3rd. So yeah, doe only firearm. Side note: I only hunted 2 days out of the 23 I was off for vacation. I got my buck 2 days before gun opener which was the first time I even hunted for the season and then I hunted the gun opener and that was it. Didn't step back in the woods after that. I need to check my cams though and start patterning does for the end of the month.
