I had a local tell me the area I live in now has never produced shrooms though. maybe next year

I covered every part of Gail's woods and came up empty too. I found a few last year, but nothing this year at her place.

I walked for 3 hours last night and didn't find a single one. We need rain in a bad way and it looks like we will get bucketfulls of it this weekend but then it is supposed to only be in the 50's for most of next week. Not sure what will happen?

My buddy in western Monroe County usually finds 200-300 every year on his farm and this year they found 28. Not sure what the deal was. Western Greene County had a bumper crop from what I can tell....

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
