If you look at the website they also have a map of all the musky lakes in the area.

It's long over-due that our DNR starts giving anglers some good maps.
The idea of DNR selling topo maps is obsolite, not to mention how old some of them are.
When I first started on the web I bought abunch of them, had them cropped and re-sized, and put them on the web for free. Even the US geological sociity maps are very old.
It seems like DNR should just give away their maps on the web. Instead they choose to sell maps that are almost as old as I am, or older.
Most of the map companies use these maps and sell them in books.
Their maps are outdated and have changed. They are not very acurite anymore.
It's one of my pet peeves that DNR still sells them.
I've looked at other state DNR websites, and Indiana is the only state I have found that sells them. All the other states I looked at have them posted on-line and are free.
I could go and gripe about the DNR fishing reports, but I think I'll save that for anyday.

Troy - that is actually one of the better DNR maps I've seen yet! I wish they would do more of these! Like Sam said, most of their maps are completely outdated and worthless, but not near as worthless as a DNR fishing report

Or at least the bigger ones. The DNR fishing reports are pretty much worthless, although I did get the map link from the DNR report.

Is that basically like a contour map of the lake?

Is that basically like a contour map of the lake? Yep. And there's couple deep holes I didn't know about.

Looks like they're right off the main boat ramp.

Looks like they're right off the main boat ramp. Yeah, those are easy to find. I was talking about some 20 foot holes I didn't know about.
