I see no problem with a mounted deer being entered, as long as it was harvested during the contest dates; September 1st 2010 through July 10th 2011. If anyone does have a problem with this being allowed, please chime in!

I would say no to an antler point counting as a finger.

Only photos are allowed. It's very simple to get a "still" picture from a video though and that could be used.

From the Indiana DNR:
The common snapping turtle, smooth softshell turtle, spiny softshell turtle, bullfrog and green frog are regulated as game animals with specified methods of take, bag limits and seasons.

These are the only reptiles/amphibians we'll be allowing to be entered from Indiana.
