I just received my steelhead spinners from G&G today.
These are some real quality looking baits. Great craftsmanship, George! Looking forward to using them on the St. Joe this Sunday. Will report back later and let everyone know how they preform. I've got a real good feeling about these lures.

Can't wait to see how they work out for you. I'm planning on spending a few November days casting the "BB&B Special" spinner baits in some toothy critter waters.  |

Well things didn't go as planned. My buddy woke up late so we got on the water an hour later than planned. Got on the river and the first thing I notice is that there is hardly anybody fishing.
Started in a spot where my buddy has had good success in the past and worked the area pretty good without any results. Went to a couple of my go to spots and all I got was a follow. After 6 hours on the river with just a follow, we packed the boat up and redeemed ourselves on a local lake jigging crappie and white bass.
The G&G spinners looked great and felt pretty good. It was just a bad day on the river. Seems like it's a "first light bite" lately and we missed first light by an hour lol! Next time I'm going to wade cause I never do worth a crap in his boat when we steelhead. Must be a control thing lol!

Just another night at work for me and Monty will be back here again bright and early.
