I think people just remember some of the fish from last year and aren't entering fish that aren't really impressive. I've caught plenty of fish this year, but none would even stand a chance against the current entries. Hopefully I'll have something to enter soon.

There aren't many entries in the contest yet  I'm not sure why  However, the entries that are there are really good  Looks like it is time for me to start fishing I think those early entries have everyone scared!  BTW - I've got a couple prizes to post up, not much but it will get things started. I'll try to track Fatboy down soon and get his prize donation too.  |

I think thats how a fish of the year contest should be. Its supposed to be the best fish you catch all year not just a picture of any decent size fish you pull in.

got some other pics off my phone i took right after i caught my bigguns, just figured out how to get them of my phone and was wondering if i could put them in my entry this is the smallER one that in the pics i think looks like a 5lber  them together  |
