Thursday i was huntin on the edge of a field, and had a big doe and a fawn comei n on me. She kept lookin up everythime i went to draw back but finally did. 40 yards, let the pin settle and slowly squeezed the trigger. Arrow droped last second right under her. turns out I ranged the weed stickin up in fromtn of as she was walkin. cuz she was actualy at 49 :-/

Oh well i guess

I tried my range finder in the woods and could never get a consistent reading. Limbs, twigs and leaves threw it off I think.

daybreak: Always loved Labor Day weekend. Time for those jet skis and speed boats to go back in storage and make room on the lakes for us fishermen again. (:))
