On the Battery life if you want more longer run times and way more speed use a biger Battery say a 1700 NiMH,2,200 NiMH or even a 3,000 NiMH Battery they well give you a longer run time and way more power. Some dont no but im in to RC cars big time,from gas power to elc power use to race at joes hobby barn. Ill be checking for the video

I might try trolling with a red eye wiggler, for a pike! Can't wait to see the video! That boat is pretty powerfull, I bet that crappie had no chance once it was hooked! Did you notice the look on the fish's face, it looks like it was abducted by a UFO!

The verdict is in! The indianafishin.com site has a section called "ask the co" where you can ask an Indiana conservation officer questions. A while back I asked if remote control boats would be legal to use on public waters and posted a couple videos as examples. I got my answer today and it's good news! I finally have your answer! The Fish and Wildlife and Law Enforcement Division have had some lengthy discussions on this very topic due to the question you raised. They have decided to "classify" the RC boat as a remote control fishing pole. Therefore the boats will be legal to use on state waters as long as you follow the 3 pole guideline. (meaning you could fish with the boat and 2 other poles in the water). Every DNR law enforcement district has been sent this information and should be aware of the decision. Sorry for the lengthy time frame!
