1- bag crab boil 1/2 cup old bay seasoning 1/4 cup salt 1- bulb garlic- seperated into cloves 1- onion- leave bottom attached small red potatoes button mushrooms corn on cob- broke in half smoked sausage- spicy is best shrimp crab legs Fill large pot, with basket, about 2/3 with water. Add all seasonings, garlic and onion. Bring to boil, add red potatoes, mushrooms and smoked sausage, cook 15 min. add corn-on-cob, cook 10 min. add crab legs, cook 5 min, add shrimp, cook 2 min. Drain basket, dump and enjoy. I melt butter with garlic for dipping. We did this with dunguness crab this week. It was delicious. We sometimes add liguid crab boil too. For larger boil, double seaonings.

I do have a question about the picture...on the very bottom of the picture there is an ear of corn with a new potato resting against it on the left hand side of the corn. What is the meat/thing right above the potato? Is it a smoked hock or something?
