My favorite hunting is turkey. It's more fun than sitting in a stand all day. But both are a blast!

was reading some old threads and thought i might restart this one, it was 5050 but i chose deer mainly because luck will never go my way in the turkey woods, and i wold rather have a 10 point comin than a 10in comin=bigger thrill for me

I'm pretty much 50/50 myself, when it comes to turkey and deer. The difference for me is that with turkeys you don't know what you have until he quits flopping whereas deer you know before you pull the trigger or hit the release. I couldn't decide so I voted for waterfowl. There is nothing better than when a flock works in to the decoys like they are supposed to, plus you can do it all over again tomorrow |

There's no specific option for it, but I love varmint hunting. It takes my love of tactical shooting and adds it to my love for hunting. That adds up to a great experience. It could be coyotes, groundhogs, crows, and a a prairie dog hunt is something I definitely want to try someday.

Its gotta be deer for me. turkey and waterfowl are almost as good but to me sitting in the stand on a fall day after a recent rain looking at the leaves changing and falling watching deer work towards you just can't be beat.

Seams its more time for us guys to have fun & sit the wood with nothing but sounds of nature & no worries,well may be some worries if your going to miss a deer or not.
