Read the entire thread and came to a conclusion. Bacon can make gym socks tasty lol. Just kidding, but that does look good.

Made this again last night with my Glendale pheasants and did it a little different, instead of boiling I just threw the pieces in the crockpot with chicken broth for about 4 hours on low and then wrapped in bacon and added the bbq sauce and grilled. Not bad at all. I usually just breast out the pheasant, but there was one dog last fall that made a mess of the breasts on these birds, so I also saved some legs and wings. They were good but I found out you don't want to eat the lower leg of a pheasant, it's totally full of bones about the size of toothpicks. This is the only pic I have, I was showing Monty and a buddy that I've switched beer alliances from the Beast to Busch.

Oh, and I also just used some cheap bacon from Save-A-Lot and it was darn near impossible to keep it from flaming up.
