Anywho, I finally have a picture of my smoker which has been extremely busy the last few weekends. Notice the temperature control and thermometer mounted on the wall on the left hand side. This allows me to smoke within a few degrees of my targeted smoking temp and not have to watch it all the time.

I would've used IWho stickers but I used them for toilet paper the day before

On a side note, congrats on winning the Oaken Bucket game a couple weeks ago. We'll get it back next year. That was a nice win for IU but obviously not a nice enough win for Bill Lynch
