Whats going on every one? With Spring right around the corner, 3D Shoots will be starting up soon. I was just wondering if anyone Else does any Archery shoots? If so, lets hear some stories, and about some of your guys gear. I shoot a 2007 Darton Marauder, 60# draw, i use a truball release, and Easton Carbon arrows with 100 grain field points. I use a S-coil satabizer, with a HHA Optimax Ultralight adjustable sight. I usually only go to Nancys Broken Arrow, or The Boar's Nest, but here is a Link to a sight that list almost All archery shoots in the nation. I hope to be doing a lot of shoots this year, and hope to see some of you guys there. that means YOU YJGUY!! And YOU TOO BELL CLAN, and FATBOYDAN! www.3dshoots.com/archery/searchmonthstate.phpIf you've never been, give it a try this year. I'll bet you'll enjoy it. BTW. Anyone around Clay County with Archery needs, Be sure to check out Mark in Staunton, before you go to a HIGHER priced Outdoors Store. He'll do you right.

I've only taken up the bow in the last few years and have never been to a 3D shoot, other than the Boat, Sport, and Travel Show. We'll have to check it out.

Back in my late teens, early 20's I shot bow a lot. I frequented the 3D shoots that were held out at Greene-Sullivan State Forest. Had some good times out there. I really miss the days of hanging out at Willow Point Archery that was located just north of Linton (RIP Jim). I brought my bow out of retirement in '08 and have decided to re-retire it and get a new one. There have been too many advancements with bows since mine was made (mid 90's).

well all i can say is i used to shoot major I.B.O. shoots all around, like indiana and alabama and inbetween, they are a blast, but you need to be in good shape for the courses, i still have a ton of trophy's from the past winnings, but i dont do this anymore becouse 2 years ago someone broke into my storage and took all my 8 bows and all my hunting stuff, they even took my carbon clothes and boot's too, but they left all my stands and over 100 huntin vids, let's say this , my I.B.O. bow was worth 3 grand alone darn good thing for insurance...bill
