You guys got any tips for coyote hunting, I been trying for a few days now, havent had any luck, I'm using a .223 rem so if I see a dog , I can pretty much hit it

We hunt with yoteslayer77 and he has a foxpro fx3 with a jib decoy. He can set it up around a 100 yds out in a field and control it with a remote. We get back at the field edge and wait for them to come in; they'll try to get down wind of the decoy. Even with that nice setup that he has, the yotes don't always cooperate. You see the guys on tv calling with mouth calls, but it's usually out west where you can see forever.

Im using cedar hills game calls (howler,distress rodent,and cottontail), I really dont wanna give $400 for coyote call, but one of my buddies wants to sell me a electronic call with a bunch of sound clips for $75, only problem its not wireless.
