Well I recently purchased a very nice non issued Mosin Nagant 1946r M44 with the attached bayonet. I know a lot of people have these so I was wondering who else has them and what they think of them. Ammo is around the same price as .223 but a much bigger round. You can get surplus ammo for dirt cheap but most is corrosive and I just prefer not to shoot it.

I love taking my oldest little girl with me. She is 5 as well. She gets so excited when she finds one.. She had a blast last year when we got into a big ol patch of blacks. This year has been kinda a bummer because she hasnt been able to find any, I have not found to many myself this year either though.

Yeah I was only gonna buy one for crappie and probably two for bass. I seen the crappie rig at the Indy sport show, only one vendor had them and the others said they would have them shortly. I believe Indiana will probably allow them next year, but who knows for sure.

I was thinking about buying one and trolling with it. I think that would be the best way to fish this bait.

hmm.. ill have to give it a try.. I have never even thought about eating a gar, usually I go down to the local creek and catch them all the time just for fun, I also catch dogfish all the time to. You talk about some of the best fighting and more fun to catch fish.. Just watch your finger with both of them because they both have razors for teeth.

Nice guns. I particularly like the AR and the Turkey Thug.. Ive alway been more of a Winchester or Remington fan but thats a pretty good looking gun. What kinda choke you using for your turkey gun?

My Savage is the American Classic, with the wood stock. I have only shot like 15 round through it. lol, its a good shooting gun and I like it, but I just something else in my arsenal. In other words I guess you could say I am getting bored with what I got and want something new to play with.
I was looking into building my own, but since I dont know much about them YET, I thought about just buying my first one all together and when I get to know the gun a little better maybe I could build my next one..
