hey troy you was right didnt recognized you guys sorry, fishing wasn"t very good starting out but it picked up later in the day had that friendly visit from co also. we almost made it to freedom before we come back down river. we used nightcrawlers mostly only caught 2 fish on stink bait we didnt get back home until 6 that day we cleaned 18 channels 1 striper 1 flathead lost about 10 lb flathead at boat i think we caught about a dozen drum.the trick is dont waste alot of time in 1 spot keep moving if you dont catch something in 10 to 15 min move.we would catch 2 or 3 fish in spot then move.

Hey ,Troy best way I have found to catch carp at sullivan lake is use a rattle trap. well its more like snagging. 3 weeks ago I was there and had 3 big ones in 1 day. First one I didn't get to the boat, the hooks finally pulled out.Second one was hooked in the tail that happens alot, man what a battle well not really a battle it just dragged me and the boat where it wanted too. Had to net it to get my rattle trap back, so I weight it 22lbs, on 12lb line . 3rd one was 15lbs. Even if its not what I'am fishing for it still was fun and gets the old heart pumping.

yes walleye are great eaters but try some spoonbill if you get the chance, which I don't get to try very often my self, since you have to go to Kentucky to get some, my brother goes once in awhile.
