After a couple of hours of research..studies show that my carp can be classified as a mirror or linear but a linear is known to have scales in a straight lateral line. Basically i think it is known as a mirror

snagging is fun, but when you are going after a record carp, snagging doesn't count in Ohio even though it is legal no snagging here in California...BIG FINE!!

Hey ,Troy best way I have found to catch carp at sullivan lake is use a rattle trap. well its more like snagging. 3 weeks ago I was there and had 3 big ones in 1 day. First one I didn't get to the boat, the hooks finally pulled out.Second one was hooked in the tail that happens alot, man what a battle well not really a battle it just dragged me and the boat where it wanted too. Had to net it to get my rattle trap back, so I weight it 22lbs, on 12lb line . 3rd one was 15lbs. Even if its not what I'am fishing for it still was fun and gets the old heart pumping. It sure does get ur adrenaline running.

I think the action of the corn did the job too and maybe the colroring.

these carp were caught on tortilla and corn. The first one(with me wearing yellow hat) appears to be a Crucian Carp weighing around 3-5 caught with 10 lbs test and the 2nd one(me wearing GET LOST HAT) was around 2-3 caught with 4 pound test. They were both fun to catch. If wanna see more go to my youtube page. I had also caught another 5 pound carp but no picture and he was caught with torilla 2

It was a shocker to me. I threw a 2 peices of corn out trying to see if a bluegill would come up and eat it. Then I decided to start giving it a bit of a twich action and as i was facinated by the action that the corn was presenting this bass comes out and swallows the corn. It was amazing to see a bass attck a lure or bait like that. I will probably never forget this bass.
