My guess would be yes. Is it safe to walk on? Probably not. Sullivan Lake still has ice on it but there's actually some open water too.

West Island was locked up today and the ice seemed fairly thick. I still don't think I'd feel safe getting on it.

A lot more of Sullivan Lake opened up today as well. The south end is still covered but the middle up to Glendora Road really opened up.

Swung by Greene-Sullivan this evening to check the conditions and wet a line. Was planning on fishing Airline, but it's still covered for the most part. All of the lakes I checked had at least a little bit of open water. Res 26 is completely open and there was a boat on it. This is looking from the lake across the road(Richards I think?), looking towards Wampler. Richards is open, Wampler is covered. Wampler does have a lot of open water in the campground area and the edges are gone.

Yep, that's Richards. Before I read your post I knew exactly where that pic was taken from.
