A buddy at work was telling me about this today, he said his daughter made it over the holidays and it was darn good. She bought a rotisserie chicken and diced it up instead of canned chicken. I gotta try this! www.franksredhot.com/recipes/franks-redhot-buffalo-chicken-dip-RE1242Servings: 4 cups dip
Prep Time: 5
Cook Time: 20
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cans (12.5 oz. each) SWANSON® White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained DIRECTIONS:
HEAT oven to 350°F. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir until smooth.
MIX in salad dressing, Frank's RedHot Sauce and cheese. Stir in chicken.
BAKE 20 min. or until mixture is heated through; stir. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

I swear that Catfishsam must have "Spidey Senses" when it comes to food. I just bought the stuff to make this dip and then Sam texts Kim this morning wanting to come over.

Well, I screwed this up last week when I made it. I used ranch dressing and crumbled blue cheese and it seemed too thick.....so I added another 1/2 cup of ranch...and then the rest of the blue cheese, probably another 1/2 cup. WAY TOO MUCH blue cheese! It over powered the entire dip. The kids wouldn't even eat it.

Here's a version that the wife made the other day and it is very good! 2 - 8oz packages cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup Frank's Redhot(more if you want it hotter) 1 cup Ranch dressing 2 - 10oz cans premium chunk chicken breast 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese Mix all the ingredients and place in a baking dish(save some of the cheddar cheese to sprinkle over the top.) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips. It's also good with "Chicken in a Biscuit" crackers and I'm enjoying some right now with Doritos!

My sister makes this and it is outstanding.
I could sit down and eat the stuff with a spoon.
