Went in to work this morning and things were slow, so I burned a vacation day and come back home, grabbed my gear, and headed to the park. Nobody was on the ice today. Looks like what little ice we had is shot already. I went around to the Kickapoo docks again and drilled a couple holes. Only fished about an hour and a half, but managed 4 gills on the G&G Icer Glow Jigs tipped with bee moth and 1 chunky crappie on a ratso. Was fishing 21fow and the gills were caught from 7-15' and the crappie was just off the bottom. I think I could have caught a mess if I wanted to, but I was mainly just playing with and learning my 385ci. It was downright balmy early this morning, but when that wind started howling about 9 it took the fun out of it! The poogills really like the G&G jigs! [glow=blue,2,300]GO COLTS![/glow]
