3-5 lbs deer meat cut into 1/4" strips 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup bbq sauce(I use Sweet Baby Ray's) 1 tbsp seasoned salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp liquid smoke 1/4 tsp or so of cayenne A few shakes of Frank's RedHot Sauce
Combine all ingredients and marinate for 2-3 days. I dryed mine in the dehydrator for 6 hours, rotating the trays halfway through.
Gail and me went through my freezer the other night and found a bunch of deer meat I didn't realize I still had, so we made up a big batch of jerky. She had a bottle of "Moore's Hickory Marinade" that we used and it was pretty darn good! She has 3 dehydrators and I have one so we can make a pretty big batch all at once.
