gigged this in a flooded pasture, might nter it in foty...my neighbor said it was a pond gremel, i think it looks alot like a snakehead with smaller teeth but i am wonderin now if they are the same thing just different name cuz my neighbor said he caught the in georgia on buzzbaits and i saw some one (guy on river monsters) do that for snake heads in florida but in greene county, indiana? ?? nasty teeth do i look good blinkin in the pic???

I say snakehead. People keep them as pets and let them go when they get bigger, which is bad. Whatever it maybe, I wouldn't want to swim in water that has those!!!

Yup Bowfin all so called Dogfish, cought me one years go in oldmill dam where it meets the river,thout mine was snakhead till you look it a little more,they are hard power fighter mine was 8.16 lb pounds Still got to dig it up as i want to keep the bones,wonder if its still intack might just make a good video Indiana's Record Fish Bowfin (dogfish) 16.52 lb. went fishin with a buddy yesterday and he caugght a sheephead and a bowfin on a little crankbait

me and a friend of mine fish for them up in west terre haute biggest one i ever seen up there was 3 1/2 feet long it was chasin a smaller one that my buddy hooked
