I got this nice bass on a fake worm at around 8:00 a.m. Hpoe there are some more big fish to catch. I recomend to use fake dark colored worms because that's all im catching them on. I've caught about 35 bass in two weeks. I would give them a try. Entry #51

19 inch 3.69 pound bass caught 9-17-10. This one has a story to it... Me and one of my buds were at this pond fishing. I made my second cast, and as soon as it hit the water it got grabbed so I though I was stuck on something. So i started yanking, and it yanked back. BIG time. So I thought I had a 6 or 7 pounder the way this guy was fighting, and I was taking my time trying to not to break the line, giving him slack and just taking the fight easy. So I get him to the bank and was dissapointed to see that he was not the 6 I was expecting but it was still I nice bass. I gave my rod to my bud so I could go down and grab him, and then the line snapped. I was using one of those Trokar hooks that I had gotten for free, so I was not about to lose one on my second cast. So I scrambled trying to grab the line that had snapped, and finaly got a hold of it and got this guy in. Entry #63

Here is my first (and probably only entry into the FOTY contest). It is my personal best largemouth bass caught on a 6 inch purple and pink fake worm. It went 20" and 3 pounds. First picture doesn't do the fish justice but has the 3 fingers. Second pic is what the fish should be judged from. It was caught from a farm pond in Medina County, Ohio. Entry #64
