Hey Everybody,
Just thought I'd start a thread about the winter weather being back. We just had a huge round of lake effect snow up here and we got about 17 inches over a day and a half. I can't say I'm excited to see the white stuff but not much I can do about it. Anyone else get any major snow yet?

Where I'm at we got just enough to cover the ground. Go north about 30-45 minutes and roughly 6 inches fell.

We've gotten about 10 - 12 inches of snow since saturday but with the way the wind has blown you'd never know it. With the way the 7 day forecast looks most the lakes in the area will be locking up soon. We are fishing the channels now

we have about 4 inches here. THe bad part is the single digit temps and wind. Makes deer hunting unbearable. Got up this morning and decided to stay in today. May hit it this evening. i dont have cold temp clothing. All I can do is layer.

Just got back in from the woods. Man it was cold. I was prepared and my feet and hands still went numb. I did see a crap load of does. No bucks with any of them.

Cleveland got 10 more inches today, but I didn't get anything at my house. I live about 40 miles south of Cleveland. Looks like we are in for a pounding this weekend though.

I just saw the latest forecast for my area and we are definitely in for it. they are predicting at least two feet of snow and more where the lake effect snow persists. (which it usually does where I'm at). not to mention the negative 20 degree windchills and 50 mph gusts. I will post pics if I can.

Dad just called and he had rode the 4 wheeler up to the highway, he said the highway is just wet, but our road is nothing but ice and no one has been down it yet.

My kids were on a 2 hour delay. We got maybe a 1/4 inch of ice then a dusting of snow. Kevin really missed on this one. Said we were going to get around 3 inches of snow then ice.
